There has never been a more exciting time to join the team and we are currently recruiting for a Secretary/Administrator to work in our Tralee Office.

Our team of HR professionals eat and breathe HR and employment law, are constantly learning and developing and working with a variety of clients on interesting projects in a positive, proactive and a friendly environment. On the team we also have some incredible sales and marketing, finance, project management and customer service specialists. What will you be doing?

As an Administrator with The HR Suite, you will report to the HR Supervisor and focus on providing full secretarial and administrative support, as may be required for the effective and efficient operation of the Company.

Some more details about the role:

Administration:
  • Set up and management of paper and electronic filing systems, recording information,
  • Updating paperwork and maintaining documentation
  • Executing general administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, printing and binding, preparing documentation
  • Preparing correspondence; letters, emails, mailshots, submissions via instructions from the HR team
  • IT data entry on various applications, database management and word processing
  • Filing, archiving and monitoring of documentation
  • Set up and maintenance of templates for key documents in conjunction with the HR Supervisor
  • Set up and co-ordination of meetings including agendas and minute recording
  • Any other administrative duties as required
Service to clients:
  • Providing exceptional service to clients using best practice delivering a professional service
  • Resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Assisting with general communication to clients
What are we looking for?
  • Proven exceptional administration skills with attention to detail which is very important in our profession
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and complete task in allocated timelines
  • Proficiency with a variety of IT systems and proven ability to learn new packages swiftly
  • Proven strong communication skills and interpersonal ability
  • Previous experience on legal systems, including keyhouse, an advantage but not essential.
  • Previous experience as a legal secretary an advantage, but, not essential.

Senior HR Advisor @ The HR Suite

We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to work in the Dublin area.

What will you be doing?
As a HR Advisor you will be primarily responsible for working with our clients assisting them with Human Resources strategies, employee relations and other HR areas including managing casework such as dispute resolution, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management, retirement and redundancy, etc. Our workplace has plenty of variety and no two days are ever the same - that's what makes it interesting!

What are we looking for?
A Human Resources Qualification
Proven experience in a similar progressive and dynamic HR environment with ability to manage a variety of priorities at the same time
Positive energy and a real passion for employee relations and HR in general
Great administration skills with attention to detail which is very important in our profession
Proven ability to work on your own initiative but know that the team are always available as a sounding board if you need a 2nd opinion
Ability to establish professional relationships with our clients and our team

Part/Fully Qualified HGV Mechanics

We are currently recruiting Part/Fully Qualified HGV Mechanics for a Kerry based client of ours.
